We are experts in design, management and building of unique construction projects. Modern Spaces (CA Lic# 825141) specializes in contemporary remodeling and home building. Our staff consists of European and American designers, master craftsmen, cabinet makers, journeymen carpenters, and skillful workers in all the trades. Our projects range from closet storage to custom home building, including kitchens, bathrooms, and unique cabinetry.

We specialize in contemporary remodeling and home building – designing, managing, and building unique projects. We have a cabinet shop in San Carlos, and showroom and planning facilities in two San Francisco locations. Schedules and budgets are skillfully managed to client's expectations and, if required, we can help you in the permit process to ensure a smooth running project.
